1. The conference room is located on the 5th floor and contains a set of LED video walls, with a size of 4800*2700mm, using indoor p1.2. Total resolution is 3840*2160p.  4*Nova mctrl 600s are used as sending cards. There is a 2x2 LCD video wall (55 inches, 0.88 mm) on each of the other two walls;

2. The input signal source comes from the computer room on the 2nd floor (6 servers), a control PC in the conference room and the laptops of the participants (up to 8 people laptops), and the signal type is HDMI (2k and 4k);

3. End users occasionally need to control the signal source PC in the equipment room in the conference room, for example, to switch the playback content;

4. If a fault occurs, it can be repaired in a short time and continue to be used normally.

Since they are located on different floors and are far away from each other, if HDMI cables or Extenders are used for transmission, the installation and subsequent maintenance costs are relatively high, and there are distance restrictions. Therefore, we consider using AV over IP controllers (BRNet series), which have more advantages over network(Cat5/6) transmission.

At the same time, customers want to be able to remotely control the PC as the signal source in the conference room, so they need to use the KVM function, so the BRNet controller is the best choice. You only need to use 1 KVM seat management output node + 1 monitor + 1 set of keyboard and mouse in the conference room to achieve remote control.

At the same time, when using the BRNet series, even if a fault occurs, a new Node can be replaced immediately, with extremely low maintenance costs and extremely fast fault repair time.

According to the number and type of input signal sources, the input signal source is mainly HDMI, so the HDMI signal is directly connected to the BRNet input node. 2k signal can use 2k HDMI input node, 4k signal can use 4k HDMI input node.

If the budget is sufficient, can also consider using all 4k input nodes, because BRNet node supports resolution backward compatibility.

The output display is directly connected through the BRNet output node. Use the BRNet output node to connect the LCD screen (2 sets of 2x2 LCD video wall) and 4 * Mctrl 600 sending cards (LED video wall).

 The KVM function is realized through a KVM seat management output Node. By connecting a monitor and a keyboard and mouse, the requirement of remotely controlling the server in the computer room can be met in the conference room. Finally, a network switch is used to put all nodes in the same network.
